An aluminum pergola gives you shade and a usable outdoor room without the upkeep of wood. Aluminum does not rot, does not attract termites and does not need repainting every few years, which matters with Miami heat, humidity and afternoon rain.
Every pergola is made to measure. You choose the size, the roof (an open slatted roof for filtered light, or a solid insulated roof that blocks sun and rain), the color and the extras: lighting, fans, side panels, curtains or a gutter to manage water.
A pergola can be freestanding or attached to the house, and works over a patio, next to the pool or above an outdoor kitchen.
The right pergola depends on how you will use the space. These are the four styles Miami homeowners ask for most:
Wood looks great the first year, but in Miami it needs sealing, fights termites and eventually rots. Steel is strong but rusts quickly with humidity and salty air. Aluminum is light, strong and does not rust or rot, so the structure keeps its finish with little more than a rinse.
If you love the look of wood, you can still have it: a WPC or PVC ceiling gives the pergola a warm wood finish with no maintenance.

We build pergolas across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, and in the rest of Florida. Find information for your city:
It depends on the size, roof type, finishes and extras. Send us photos and approximate measurements and we will give you a free estimate for your space.
Many permanent outdoor structures in Florida need a permit from the city or county, and some communities also require HOA approval. We review what your project may need during the estimate.
Yes. With our free 3D designer you can try sizes, roofs and extras, and send us the design with your request.
An insulated roof blocks sun and rain and helps reduce the heat underneath. An open roof lets in filtered light and air. We help you choose based on how you will use the space.
Aluminum does not rot or rust like wood or steel, so a well-installed pergola can last many years with very little maintenance, mainly an occasional rinse with fresh water.
In many cases, yes. We check the slab and the post locations during the estimate to confirm what the project needs.
